- Payment: after agreeing all the details of the order, you pay 70% in advance
- Production: After receiving the prepayment, we start your order into production
- Availability: When your item is ready, we will contact you to arrange shipment
- Balance payment: You will need to pay the remaining 30% of the order price before shipping.
- Delivery: we deliver goods all over Ukraine by our own car or by all possible transport companies

All products on our website are made to order. There are no finished products.
- Production time: usually the production time is 35-60 days, but it can vary depending on the complexity and volume of the order
- Delivery is carried out at the expense of the buyer.
- Payment can be made in cash or by bank transfer
Pay attention:
- We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by the work of transport companies
- In case of cancellation of the order after its payment, the advance payment is not returned
Shipping cost
The cost of delivery is calculated by the manager of the MIRT company
The cost of unloading the goods from the machine and entering the goods is calculated by the manager when placing the order. The cost of these services is calculated individually and depends on:
- dimensions of the product (the product can be assembled or disassembled)
- the presence of an elevator and its dimensions (cargo or passenger)
- the distance of the place for stopping the transport from the entrance to the house.
If the service of unloading from the car or bringing in the goods has not been ordered, the driver's responsibilities include: opening the car and demonstrating the integrity of the product packaging. The Customer carries out the unloading of the goods from the machine and the loading on his own.

If your elevator is not working on the day of delivery and you do not want to pay for lifting the furniture manually, please contact your manager and postpone the delivery date to another day. The delivery service is not responsible for the operability of the elevators
If the customer is a pregnant woman, the lift to the floor is free of charge!
Free lift for pregnant customers applies to sofas, beds and children's furniture
Delivery within Kyiv and Zhytomyr and in Kyiv and Zhytomyr regions
Delivery of furniture in the Kyiv, Kharkiv, Odesa, Dnipropetrovsk and Zaporizhia regions is carried out by the delivery service of the MIRT company or by means of one of the courier services

Skidding over the floor
The rates for lifting to the floor are the same as the rates for ordering delivery within Kyiv. Moving furniture into a private house on the 1st floor is equivalent to manually moving it for each item. Skidding to the 2nd floor and above is considered manual skidding.

Delivery at the rates of carrier companies
It is carried out to any city or settlement where there are representative offices of the carrier's company. The cost of delivery is determined by the carrier company at the time of sending the order.
The shipment is made after prepayment of 50% of the cost of the product. The exact percentage of the advance payment is agreed with the manager, depending on the group of goods.

Free pickup
Free pickup of the product is possible from the warehouse/showroom where the product is at the time of purchase.
Paid pickup
If the required product is not in the desired warehouse, you can find out about the possibility and cost of moving from the manager when placing the order. The cost and possibility of moving depends on which product and from which warehouse/showroom you need to move.
How to get the goods correctly
- Check availability of accompanying documents.
- The packaging must be undamaged.
- Open the package and conduct an external inspection of the parts.
- Check for all details.
- Sign the document on acceptance of the goods or write a reasoned refusal (act), which must also be signed by a representative of the delivery service.
