The grandiose project of a seven-story villa by MIRT is a vivid testament to the fact that interior design is not just a space decoration, but a real art. When designing our own home, we often face a difficult choice: should we prioritize functionality or give preference to aesthetics and comfort? Many designers have difficulty combining these two aspects. However, this does not mean that they are bad specialists. It's just that sometimes it's worth going beyond standard solutions. To avoid common mistakes, it is better to turn to experienced professionals. A striking example is the Ukrainian international company MIRT, which has implemented an ambitious project in Asia.
It is a multi-level family villa designed for three generations: the head of the family and his two sons. According to the customer's plan, each family member is assigned two floors. In total, the villa has seven floors, with the last, seventh floor serving as the main entrance. The ceiling height on each floor is an impressive 8 meters. The total area of the villa reaches almost 6000 square meters. To implement this large-scale project, MIRT architectural bureau engaged Azerbaijani colleagues from Baku - FQ-partners.

The designers skillfully embodied the owner's passion for cars in the interior. The collecting hobby became not just a theme for the decor, but the leitmotif of the entire project. Thus, the interior became a reflection of the owner's personality and lifestyle.

The concept of “sport chic” is traditionally associated with the fashion world. However, thanks to progress in society, this style has gradually entered interior design. Having taken a bold step, architects and designers began to implement the ideas of sport chic in their projects. They managed to achieve a harmonious combination of traditional classics and modern motifs.

The interior impresses with the use of expensive materials, non-standard color schemes and contrasts. The synergy of graphite, silver, mother-of-pearl and semi-precious agate (agata celeste) from the Antolini Precioustone Collection is clearly expressed. This stone is used mainly for walls and countertops. The walls are also decorated with panels of natural tinted wood with layers of silver and mother-of-pearl inserts.

Silver-plated furniture plays an important role in the interior, becoming its centerpiece. An antique mirror above the fireplace adds a special charm and aristocracy to the interior. And exclusive chandeliers and wall lamps by the Italian brand Barovier & Toso, created to order, emphasize the luxury and sophistication of the design.

Another important detail was the preservation of the natural texture of wood, in particular the parquet on the floor, which is produced by MIRT. The same applies to the textiles created on the basis of natural fabrics and also developed by MIRT specialists. In this way, the company demonstrates that in addition to qualified architects and designers, it has its own production at a factory in Ukraine.

MIRT entered the international market in 1991. Over the decades, it has grown into a powerful international company with offices in seven countries and a portfolio of more than 1000 completed projects. Since 2017, MIRT has expanded its range of services to become a full-service construction company.

The company also produces its own furniture and textiles at a factory in Ukraine. Despite the fact that the company's main focus is on authentic French classics, MIRT also implements modern projects. In addition, the company has recently become open to cooperation with invited architects and designers.

As an organizational unit, the MIRT team is ready to turn their projects into reality.
