Ukrainian Furniture Won Hearts London Build Expo: Unforgettable Event of 2023
On November 15-16 this year, Great Britain hosted an important event in the world of construction and design industry - London Build Expo. And this time, the Ukrainian industry took a leadership position, thanks to the incredible presentation of the MIRT company together with the Ukrainian Association of Furniture Makers.
Under the slogan "Stand with Ukraine", the Ukrainian pavilion was a real gem of the exhibition, which attracted the attention of guests and experts from all over the world. Out of 14 designated brands represented by the Ukrainian Association of Furniture Makers, the MIRT company was a worthy representative of the national industry.
This event was not only an important step for Ukrainian furniture makers, but also opened a new level of opportunities for cooperation and export. Thanks to the support of the German government and the help of a number of partners, including GIZ Ukraine, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine, Export Exporters, the Embassy of Ukraine to the UK, the Rivne Regional Military Administration and the Viyar company, a national stand was created, which was determined to be the center of attention at the exhibition.
The TIPSTER project (Trade, Intellectual Properties Support, and Technical Regulation), implemented by the GS "Fund for Support of Reforms in Ukraine", became a key part of the success of Ukrainian furniture makers at the London Build Expo. This project received financial support from the German government within the framework of the international project ReACT4UA ("Application and implementation of the Association Agreement between the EU and Ukraine in the field of trade"), the executor of which is the German federal company Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH.
High interest and more than 50 successful meetings set a new standard for the Ukrainian furniture industry. Thanks to this event, promising opportunities for the development of exports and cooperation open up for Ukrainian furniture makers, and the MIRT company acts as a worthy ambassador of sophistication and quality in Ukrainian design.
